- Salary: $151,872 - $189,840 plus annual target bonus
- Travel: Target 25%
- Can sit out of all major RCCB distribution centers / manufacturing facilities

Position Responsibilities:
- Lead a local Human Resources team to implement HR strategies, manage employee relations and labor union issues, oversee HR programs and policies, and advise senior leadership on HR matters to support business initiatives and company culture for an assigned location or functional area
- Oversee and manage the delivery of HR processes, policies, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Compensation, Compliance, Talent Acquisition, Labor, and other HR functions
- Oversee Talent Management and Performance Management strategies, including goal setting, development plans, and reviews
- Manage union and labor relations, including grievances, arbitrations, and collective bargaining
- Lead and measure HR performance through HR Scorecard metrics, sharing results with leadership
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with 10 plus years of related experience and 6 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 13 plus years of specific experience and 8 plus years of management experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s Degree
