About This Role

We are recruiting an Associate Client Executive to join our Corporate Segment team in Dubai. In this role, you will play a key part in client service delivery, supporting relationship management activities, coordinating renewals and reporting, and helping ensure seamless execution of brokerage services.

 

You will work closely with the Corporate Segment Leader, Client Executives, and internal stakeholders to support client retention, reporting, operational coordination, and strategic initiatives across the UAE and Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the Client Executive function to ensure smooth client servicing and coordination

• Manage a portfolio of clients, building strong long-term relationships with key client decision-makers

• Support client monthly renewals and prepare NB forecast reports

• Prepare client pre-renewal reports and renewal presentations

• Support the Segment Leader with the implementation of initiatives in the UAE and Middle East

• Assist with Segment TOM-related activities and coordination

• Organize Corporate Segment team meetings and support internal meeting planning

• Support the Corporate Segment Leader in organizing meetings with ME country CEOs

• Handle client retention activities and help maintain high levels of client satisfaction

• Support day-to-day operational tasks and contribute to efficient team delivery

What We're Looking For

• UAE National

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Management, or a related field

• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal)

• Client-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in delivering excellent service

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• 0-2 years professional experience; fresh graduates are welcome

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow established procedures

Nice to Have

• Previous internship or experience in insurance, banking, or financial services

• Familiarity with insurance industry terminology and processes

• Customer service experience in a professional setting

• Familiarity with AI tools
