What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the right products, on time, every time.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
• Organizing inventory and maintaining warehouse cleanliness
• Supporting cycle counts and inventory accuracy
• Processing orders using warehouse software and tablets
• Assisting with warehouse improvement projects and facility maintenance
• Collaborating with Customer Service, Purchasing, and Sales teams
• Making occasional local deliveries using a company vehicle

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience preferred
• Forklift experience or certification preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems is a plus

Physical Requirements

This is an active role that includes:

• Standing and walking throughout the day
• Lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Operating warehouse equipment
• Working in varying warehouse temperatures
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and moving materials
