Job Description

As a Security Officer Visitor Registration in Lewisville, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location as a Front Desk professional, where you will greet visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and support security-related operations with outstanding customer service and communication. In this visible role, you will help to deter incidents while reflecting a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team culture built on integrity and teamwork.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and front desk protocols at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor access to the lobby or reception area, verify credentials, and/or assist with visitor registration while helping to support security-related policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts as needed.
• Answer phones, direct inquiries, and/or document routine activities, visitor information, and unusual events in required logs or reporting systems.
• Help to deter unauthorized access by maintaining a visible presence at the front desk and reporting suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
