Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Lead and train the pizza team to ensure consistency and quality.
- Prepare, shape, and cook high-quality pizzas using proper techniques.
- Oversee dough preparation, fermentation, and ingredient management.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and portion control.
- Assist with menu updates and new pizza recipe development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in pizza making (Neapolitan, Roman, or artisanal styles).
- Previous experience as a Senior Pizza Chef or Sous Chef.
- Strong understanding of dough science, fermentation, and baking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid leadership and communication skills.

Recruitment Process and Timeline:
