As a Business Co-Founder, you'll join a founding team of a stealth-mode AI startup to drive company building. Your responsibilities include leading customer discovery and partnerships, defining go-to-market and pricing strategy, managing fundraising and investor relations, and scaling the company from seed to Series A. The role requires a Master's degree in a business-related field (MBA, MSc in Management), proven startup experience in founder or early operator roles, experience with pre-seed/seed fundraising and VC relationships, strong understanding of scaling companies from 0 to Series A, and fluency in both English and German. We are a **stealth-mode AI startup** founded by a team of PhDs with deep expertise in machine learning, NLP, and reinforcement learning. Backed by advisors from top global research institutions, we’ve built our MVP and are preparing to launch our first enterprise pilot.
We’re now looking for a **Business Co-Founder** to join the founding team and drive the next phase of company building.
## Tasks
- Lead early **customer discovery**, outreach, and partnerships
- Define and execute **go-to-market** and **pricing strategy**
- Own **fundraising**, pitch development, and investor relationships
- Help scale the company from **seed to Series A**
- Represent the company in external conversations, events, and media
## Requirements
- **Master’s degree in a business-related field** (e.g., MBA, MSc in Management)
- Proven **startup experience**, preferably in a founder or early operator role
- Experience in **fundraising at pre-seed/seed stage** and managing **VC/investor relationships**
- Strong understanding of **scaling companies** from 0 to Series A
- Fluency in **English and German**;
