Overview
Manage end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects across Agile/Waterfall environments, ensuring predictable execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment in a client-facing setup. Lead 2-3 concurrent projects from initiation to deployment with ownership of scope, cost, schedule, and quality. Drive Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall delivery models in hybrid execution setups. Prepare and manage project plans, RAID logs, status reporting, and governance artefacts. Ensure effective stakeholder communication (client + internal). Manage cross-functional teams for timely delivery. Track financials, resource utilisation, and delivery metrics.
