Overview
As a Senior Manager Legal M&A at BDO, you'll independently advise clients on Legal M&A matters while contributing to the growth of the Legal M&A practice in the Eindhoven region. You'll work closely with colleagues across BDO's various departments including Deal Advisory and Tax. The role involves collaborating with entrepreneurs, family businesses, private equity firms, and international corporations. You'll be responsible for delivering practical, tailored solutions to complex legal challenges. The position requires a Master's degree in Corporate Law, a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, and either a completed Grotius qualification or the ambition to obtain one. The work arrangement is hybrid with primary work locations in Eindhoven or Utrecht.
