Overview
As a Cleaning/Janitorial Area Manager with Crystal Clear Building Services, you'll provide oversight to numerous accounts in Northeast Ohio. You'll supervise large and small crews at various facility types, schedule building inspections, handle training and development, manage supply delivery, timekeeping/payroll, employee relations, and customer service. The role requires a history of progressive experience in the janitorial field, with capabilities of managing teams and anticipating needs. This is a full-time evening position with a salary range of $45K-$60K commensurate with experience.
