Overview

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform. You will implement and customize key modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD). Your role includes scripting, integrating with third-party tools, and ensuring best practices in development. You'll also contribute to continuous improvement, provide technical leadership, and support internal teams and key users through training and guidance.
