Overview
As a BDC Receptionist, you'll serve as the first point of contact for customers in our Business Development Center located in the Waverley Auto Mall. This entry-level position provides a launch into the automotive industry with comprehensive training over 90 days. You'll maintain accurate customer information in our system, communicate with customers about appointments and due services, and handle warm/cold call transfers regarding sales and finance inquiries. The role requires working with multiple computer programs and maintaining the ability to learn new skills quickly. This position offers career advancement opportunities with most promotions coming from within the company.
