Your team:

You'll join BizDev (Business Development), the team building new products and features on top of OX App Suite. We focus on making onboarding, configuration and maintenance easier for our customers while turning common customizations into reusable, configurable product features. Our flagship product is COP, our onboarding and brand-configuration platform, and we also work directly on the core App Suite. We own our work end-to-end, from the first idea through to production.

Your new job:

• Build and maintain Vue 3 single-page applications for COP and the core OX App Suite.
• Turn customer- and brand-specific customizations into reusable, configurable and brandable components.
• Develop the Node.js services behind them, including clean REST APIs and identity integrations.
• Write and maintain unit and end-to-end tests, and troubleshoot infrastructure issues before blaming the application code.
• Deliver features across the full lifecycle using GitLab CI/CD, containers and Kubernetes.
• Work in an issue-driven development process with small merge requests, regular code reviews and lightweight agile practices.

• Frontend: Pinia, Vue Router, Vite
• Testing: Vitest, CodeceptJS
• Containers & CI/CD: Docker, Kubernetes, Harbor, GitLab CI/CD
• Authentication & tooling: Keycloak, pnpm, Claude Code

Your background:

• Several years of professional experience in fullstack web development.
• A Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Vue 3 and JavaScript, with a passion for building reusable, configurable and accessible user interfaces.
• Experience developing Node.js backend services with clean REST APIs and identity integrations.
• A pragmatic approach to testing, troubleshooting and debugging across the entire stack.
• Good judgment when using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, combined with the ability to take ownership of tasks from idea to production and a preference for simple solutions over unnecessary complexity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
• Intrinsic motivation, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for Open Source technologies in a low-hierarchy environment.
• Comfortable working in a remote-first environment with multicultural teams across different time zones.
