Overview
As a Behavior Technician, you'll implement Behavior Intervention Plans designed by a BCBA to decrease problem behaviors and increase socially appropriate behaviors. You'll record daily data, maintain session notes, communicate with team members, and create engaging environments. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and safe workspace and client confidentiality. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
