Overview
As a Client Services Associate in Debt Capital Markets at GLAS, you will manage the day-to-day operational servicing of bond transactions and serve as the primary operational contact for issuers, investors, and clearing systems. Your responsibilities include processing interest and principal payments, managing redemptions and corporate actions, handling PIK interest and non-pro-rata events, generating notices, managing cash flows, performing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with transaction documentation and internal controls. You'll coordinate with internal teams, support audit confirmations, contribute to process improvements, and maintain accurate records.
