יום בחייך ב-MKS:

כטכנאי/ת בדיקות סופיות בחברתMKS , תהיה/י חלק מקבוצת העובדים ברצפת הייצור, בה תעסוק/י באינטגרציה ובדיקות סופיות של בקרים אלקטרוניים ברמת דיוק גבוהה ובמומחיות טכנית. תהליך זה הינו חלק מייצור מוצרים אלקטרוניים, כגון מערכות בקרה ותקשורת.

חברת MKS מספקת שירותים הכוללים פתרונות הגנה והרכבה למעגלים עבור מוליכים למחצה ומערכות אלקטרוניות, ומבטיחה עמידה בתקנים בינלאומיים ובקרת איכות ברמה גבוהה. בתפקיד זה, תדווח/י למנהל משמרת במחלקת הייצור.

במסגרת התפקיד תהיה/י אחראי/ת על:

• בדיקות סופיות של מערכות וכרטיסים אלקטרוניים

• תיקונים אלקטרוניים ומכאניים עד רמת הרכיב, חיווט ואינטגרציה של המערכות בקווי ייצור

• בדיקת מערכות לצורך עמידה בדרישות ותקנים

• תמיכה בצוות ההנדסה, עבודה עם ציוד בדיקה ותיקון מתקדם תוך שמירה על סטנדרטים גבוהים של איכות ודיוק

מיומנויות נדרשות לתפקיד:

• הנדסאי/ת אלקטרוניקה

• 3+ שנות ניסיון בבד"ס בחברות אלקטרוניקה

• ניסיון בתיקון עד רמת הרכיב (דרג ד')

• הבנה בשרטוטי אלקטרוניקה וחשמל דיגיטליים ואנלוגיים כולל תקשורת

• יכולת עבודה בסביבה ממוחשבת

• יכולת עבודה באופן עצמאי וכחלק מצוות, תוך למידה והתמודדות עם טכנולוגיה חדשה

• אנגלית טכנית

מיומנויות מועדפות:

• יתרון ידע ב-Lean: ישום עקרונות LEAN תוך התמקדות בצרכי הלקוח, שיפור מתמיד של תהליכים, ועבודה לפי שיטת Six Sigma

דרישות פיזיות ותנאי עבודה:

• עבודה בהתאם לנהלי איכות הסביבה ובטיחות (EHS)

• עבודה פיזית וטכנית עם חיווט והרמת משקלים

• עבודה בקו הייצור, תוך דגש על סדר ובטיחות

• עבודה במשמרות, כולל ימי שישי ושעות נוספות במידת הצורך

• מגורים באזור הצפון (הסעות מכרמיאל/ עכו/ נהריה/ מעלות/ קריות)
