Business Delivery Manager

We are seeking a techno-functional and regulatory environment aware Business Delivery Specialist to lead and coordinate the delivery of Technology solutions supporting a regulated Management Company (ManCo) environment. The role requires strong project management skills, deep understanding of fund operations (financial instruments, market data, fund accounting, reporting, valuation, etc.), and alignment with Luxembourg’s financial regulations (CSSF framework)

The successful applicant will work with international development and project teams, acting as a key interface between business stakeholders and IT (including development teams).  Experience working with Agile and DevOps methodologies would be preferable.

Job Specification

•  Project & Delivery Management
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects across Manco Business (e.g., fund accounting, transfer agency, regulatory reporting).
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (internal and external) to ensure timely and quality delivery, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
• Technical Oversight
  • Serve as the technical liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
  • Create and maintain specification documents
  • Oversee system integrations and data flows (e.g., between 3rd Party providers, asset managers, and regulatory bodies), with a strong focus on data quality and consistency.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant
  • Work with the team in ensuring all reporting requirements are met and delivered, including validation of functional outputs against business expectations
  • Manage work items Azure DevOps
• Regulatory & Risk Alignment
  • Ensure all IT deliveries comply with Luxembourg’s regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with Fund Operations Oversight, Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams, where required, to ensure solutions are fit for purpose from operational perspective.
  • Engage with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure SLA adherence and proper integration within the overall data and system landscape.
