We are an interdisciplinary team who has seen first hand how women’s need for female health education and accurate fertility insights have been underserved.

⚡️ YOUR MISSION

As our Junior Marketing Manager focused on customer growth, you will be the operational engine behind our day-to-day marketing execution. Working alongside our internal marketing team and external collaborators, you will take hands-on ownership of launching campaigns, building email flows, and keeping our growth operations running smoothly. This is a highly versatile, execution-focused role for a sharp, data-comfortable generalist who wants to build a strong foundation in startup/scaleup operations by managing the daily execution of our B2C and early B2B channels.

You will:

• Execute marketing operations: Handle the day-to-day coordination and launch steps for multi-channel campaigns across digital channels (e.g. onsite banners, emails, ads, etc) and offline projects (coordinating print/flyers).

• Build and deploy CRM campaigns: Own the daily assembly, scheduling, and testing of our weekly newsletters and automated email flows using templates inside Klaviyo.

• Act as coordinator: Serve as the reliable internal point of contact for our external paid media freelancers and agencies – ensuring they have the creative assets they need on time and checking that landing pages are live and functional.

• Support organic growth: Keep our SEO roadmap moving by coordinating timelines with external content writers, uploading articles, and ensuring basic on-page formatting is correct.

• Maintain data dashboards: Keep our performance marketing tracking up to date by pulling routine data (clicks, open rates, baseline conversion rates) into clear reports for leadership.

• Collaborate with brand: Act as the operational launchpad for our Creative Strategist, taking their finalized ideas and asset briefs and physically setting them up across our marketing channels.

• Optimize your workflow: Use and experiment with modern AI tools and automation to speed up your routine execution, scale basic email copy variations, and save time on daily admin.

ABOUT YOU

Essential

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in an operational marketing, digital marketing, or marketing generalist role.

• Solid baseline comfort with tools – initial experience scheduling email campaigns (ideally in Klaviyo) and navigating web analytics platforms is required.

• Familiarity with fundamental digital marketing metrics (such as clicks, open rates, CTR, and conversion rates) and a genuine comfort working with data.

• Exceptional organizational and project management skills; you thrive on variety and can fluidly jump from digital setups to offline print coordination without losing attention to detail.

• A proactive, communicative, and dependable mindset – you are comfortable managing daily coordination and deadlines with external freelancers and agencies.

• Native German speaker with fluency in English.

• A deep, authentic passion for Femtech, Female Health, and destigmatizing conversations around hormones and fertility.

• Curiosity for modern workflows, with an interest in using AI tools and automation to speed up routine execution and scale marketing operations.

• Prior experience working within a fast-paced healthtech, wellness, e-commerce, or subscription-based startup environment.
