Allo Health is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Analyst Intern to join our Patient Experience Team at our Indiranagar office in Bangalore. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in contributing to meaningful projects in the healthcare industry while collaborating closely with both business and clinical teams.

Responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst Intern on the Program Design Team, you will:

• Collaborate with business teams to gather, analyse and visualise data, providing insights that drive program improvements.
• Assist in the design and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance patient experience & repeat.
• Work closely with the clinical team to provide analytical support, helping to optimise patient outcomes.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and SQL to track key program metrics.
• Participate in meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to both business and clinical teams.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and visualisation.
• Proficiency in SQL to extract and manipulate data from databases.
• Analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude to work effectively with business and clinical teams.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
