Architect the future of our platform by driving domain modeling, microservices strategy, and modern DDD practices—building scalable, resilient systems powered by Node.js, .NET, AKS, and event‑driven patterns.
Design and optimize the core application ecosystem, leading the evolution of microservices, cloud-native data architecture (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB), and enterprise-grade observability, performance, and integration patterns.
Champion engineering excellence, elevating testing discipline (TDD), code quality, CI/CD maturity, and DevOps best practices to enable reliable, frequent, high‑confidence releases.
Partner deeply across the business, shaping technical decisions with a product mindset, aligning architecture with strategic goals, and advocating for user-centric, experience-driven solutions.
Lead with ownership and influence, mentoring engineers, guiding cross-functional teams, managing risks, and ensuring solutions deliver measurable impact from concept through production.
Drive continuous innovation, advancing cloud-native architecture, AI-assisted engineering, performance improvements, and a culture of learning and technical excellence.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT

Abilities: Bring deep technical leadership experience in modern architecture—spanning microservices, DDD, Azure cloud, C#/.NET, TDD, DevOps, system integration, and microfrontend application design—with the ability to translate complex engineering decisions into clear business outcomes.
Experience: 10+ years of professional software engineering experience in product-based organizations (healthcare payments or similar domains preferred).
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.
Location: Bangalore, India
