Position Summary
The AI Implementation Specialist will lead the firm's AI adoption and automation initiatives across all departments, including Intake, Pre-Litigation, Litigation, Habitability, HR, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
This role is responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, designing AI-powered workflows, implementing automation solutions, developing AI agents, training staff, and ensuring successful adoption throughout the organization.
The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong business acumen and can translate operational challenges into scalable AI solutions.
