WORK YOU’LL DO
As a Business Analyst, you will support the delivery of business and technology transformation initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and testing teams to understand business needs and help translate them into effective solutions.
You will contribute to requirements gathering, process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and testing activities, ensuring business objectives are aligned with delivered outcomes. This role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to grow their career in business analysis within Agile delivery environments.
Responsibilities:
Support requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation activities.
Assist in business process modelling using BPMN.
Perform gap analysis to identify business needs and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
Facilitate and participate in workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
Work closely with Agile/Scrum teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and coordination.
Maintain project documentation, user stories, and process flows.
Explore and leverage Generative AI capabilities to improve analysis and business processes.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
0-3 years of professional experience in Business Analysis or a related role.
Knowledge of requirements elicitation and analysis techniques.
Understanding of business process modelling (BPMN).
Familiarity with gap analysis approaches.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience facilitating or supporting workshops and business discussions.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exposure to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
Interest in Generative AI technologies and business applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
