Description
A DAY IN THE LIFE
The Lead Enterprise Change & Adoption Analyst is a strategic role responsible for driving adoption, alignment, and sustained behavior change across Blattner’s enterprise project portfolio. This position partners directly with the Director of Enterprise Delivery and enterprise project leadership to design and execute change strategies that ensure transformational initiatives achieve their intended business outcomes.
Unlike a communications or training role, this position operates as a strategic adoption leader—assessing organizational readiness, contributing to change capacity across the portfolio, and ensuring enterprise delivery governance integrates structured change management principles. The Lead Enterprise Change & Adoption Analyst serves as a peer to the Lead Enterprise Project Manager within the Enterprise Delivery team, bringing dedicated focus to the human side of enterprise transformation. Where Lead EPM drives delivery execution, operational orchestration, and dependency management, the Lead Enterprise Change & Adoption Analyst owns organizational readiness and behavioral adoption, and partners with the Enterprise Delivery team on sustained value realization.
This is an enterprise-level subject matter expert and advisory role. The Lead Enterprise Change & Adoption Analyst provides enterprise recommendations regarding change sequencing, adoption risk, and organizational readiness, and partners with executive sponsors to shape prioritization and change-related decisions. Formal authority resides with initiative owners, project managers, and business unit leadership; this role achieves outcomes through expertise, facilitation, and executive alignment.
STEP INTO THE ROLE
- Develops and leads enterprise-level change management strategies that drive adoption of transformational initiatives across Blattner’s project portfolio. Recommends change management scope, approach, and resource needs for major enterprise programs.
- Assesses organizational readiness and identifies adoption risks, cultural barriers, and capacity constraints that could impede initiative success. Develops targeted readiness interventions and adoption enablement plans.
- Develops and maintains a portfolio-wide view of change load, identifying conflicts and dependencies across concurrent initiatives affecting the same stakeholder populations. Provides change capacity inputs to portfolio prioritization and sequencing decisions in partnership with the Lead Enterprise Project Manager.
- Engages and aligns executive and senior stakeholders through structured facilitation, change impact analysis, and sponsorship development plans. Builds and sustains executive sponsorship for enterprise-level change efforts.
- Integrates change management practices into enterprise delivery frameworks, ensuring change activities are embedded in project lifecycle stages from initiation through sustainment. Contributes to the development and refinement of change management standards, stage gates, and quality criteria within the enterprise delivery framework, in partnership with Enterprise Delivery leadership.
- Leads the development and maturation of change management practices, tools, and capabilities within the Enterprise Delivery Office. Coaches and mentors project-level change practitioners across the organization and maintains enterprise change management standards and methodology resources in partnership with Enterprise Delivery leadership.
