Pierre Fabre is a French Pharmaceutical and Dermocosmetic company.
Our group has 60 years of history and we started a business in Korea from 2013.
Now 4 brand (Rene Furterer, Avene, Klorane and Ducray) proudcts are sold in different channels in Korea.
Your mission
Define or co-build the multi-annual commercial srategy in line with changes in context (client needs, changes in distribution channels, omni-channeling) and the framework set by your manager.
- Increase sales and manage erosion in his scope of activity, in keeping with regulations and organizational arrangements set in place by management (face-to-face, televisits)
- Expand the brand, Business Unit market share, and define the corresponding measurement indicators
- Deploy and steer business strategy with his teams
- Monitor key opinion leaders and key accounts in your scope of activity and represent the Group in professional events
- Lead and supervise the team. Develop skills and manage performance, at both an individual and group level
- Work in collaboration with other internal stakeholders within the same scope of activity at the service of national sales development
- Devise and track the budget and the Department's/area's key performance indicators
- Participate in/contribute to/drive cross-cutting projects
