About the Role
A growing real estate company in Boro Park is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator to anchor its payroll operations. This role is payroll-first: you'll own timekeeping, payroll prep, payroll reports, and employee records to make sure everyone gets paid accurately and on time. Beyond payroll, you'll support onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and the everyday HR needs of a fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management
- Manage timekeeping and payroll preparation
