Growth Support Associate

We are looking for a Growth Support Associate to provide operational and administrative support to the Growth team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, has strong English communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on companies, job openings, and key contacts to support business development initiatives.
• Assist with candidate research and sourcing for recruitment projects.
• Support outreach activities through email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
• Prepare, format, and post job advertisements across various job portals.
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Provide administrative and operational support for day-to-day activities and ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Highly meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in recruitment, business support, administration, or operations will be an advantage.
