Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is part of a 65-storey mixed-use tower that will include 242 Four Seasons Private Residences, 27 serviced apartments, a 209-key Four Seasons Hotel and a six- floor of 250,000 square foot luxury retail podium, collectively known as Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur. The Hotel introduces several unique dining outlets to the city, including a Cantonese restaurant, lobby and rooftop pool bars, and an all-day dining restaurant with sweeping views of the Petronas Twin Towers. Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is located in the Golden Triangle neighborhood, Kuala Lumpur’s thriving business and financial district. The Hotel is part of a 65-storey mixed-use tower that will include 242 Four Seasons Private Residences, 27 serviced apartments, a 209-key Four Seasons Hotel and a six- floor of 250,000 square foot luxury retail podium, collectively known as Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur.

The latest addition to the city’s dramatic skyline and a vibrant hub for both business and leisure travelers, Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur will be conveniently located in close proximity to the city’s major attractions, including the Petronas Twin Towers and the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC). Concierge

The Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Concierge. This person must have a commitment and passion for ensuring the best in guest services and creating a special touch when it comes to guest requests. This is a highly visible role representing Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur. We are looking for Seasoned Concierge that share a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm and passion into everything they do. Our Concierge is responsible of responding to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.​

What You Will Do:

• The ability to display, at all times, a friendly, courteous and professional manner in all dealings with guests and other employees

• Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

• Answer telephone before the fourth ring; don’t place guests on hold longer than 15 seconds, or offer a call-back within three minutes, on the telephone sound calm and organized, greet guest immediately and acknowledge others waiting, do not interrupt a conversation with a guest by answering the telephone or talking to others more than once listen carefully and patiently to all guest requests and ask questions to determine their complete needs.  

• Provide recommendations that demonstrate knowledge, have local insight, and show understanding of guest needs.

• If an in-house guest makes a booking or arrangement, offer to provide a confirmation electronically (text or email), in writing or by voice mail.

• If a guest requires follow-up give them an accurate estimate of the completion time and achieve it.

• When giving a guest directions escort them towards the destination until they are comfortable, they can find it.

• Ensure the entire guest experience is timely, convenient and appropriate. Take advantage of opportunities to add a special touch.

• Ensure that all guests and staff interact positively and effectively.

• Never say no to a guest, pursue every possible resource to ensure guest satisfaction.

    

What You Bring:

• Poses an affinity for guest service.

• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Must have a firm knowledge of concierge operations, know the city of KL extremely well.

• Must have 2-3 years of experience as a Concierge.

• Certificate in related discipline.

• Able to work a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays as per business demands and needs.

• Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.

• Must be able to speak, read, and write Bahasa Malaysia. An additional language is beneficial.

• Must have the right to work in Malaysia.
