Key Responsibilities
• Perform Oracle OIM application onboarding for both connected and disconnected applications
• Configure and support automated reconciliation of user accounts and entitlements
• Implement end-to-end account provisioning using Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models
• Develop and maintain Oracle OIM customizations using Java
• Build and support integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs
• Troubleshoot and resolve provisioning, reconciliation, and connector-related issues
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, SOPs, and knowledge articles
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address technical challenges
• Support testing phases including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IAM solutions within defined timelines

• 2–4 years of experience in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM)
• Strong hands-on experience in application onboarding (connected and disconnected systems)
• Proven experience in account provisioning, reconciliation, and RBAC implementation
• Proficiency in Java development for OIM customization
• Experience integrating applications using REST APIs
• Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts
• Working knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
• Effective communication skills with the ability to support client interactions
