INDUSTRY-LEADING PAY
We offer highly competitive compensation for Automotive Technicians with earning potential of up to $85,500+ annually (including a guaranteed salary component), along with a sign-on bonus of up to $8,000, depending on ASE certifications, Virginia State Inspector licensing, and overall mechanical experience.

Location: Richmond, VA
Requirements
TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct diagnostics and inspections of customer vehicles.
- Perform auto repairs including but not limited to brakes, steering and suspension, alignments, tire installation/repair, engine repair, air conditioning, and fluid exchanges.
- Provide the highest quality repairs.
- Maintain an organized and safe work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
ASE Certifications- strongly preferred
2-3+ years of industry experience
Valid driver's license-REQUIRED
Strong passion for completing quality work and providing exceptional customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 - $95,500.00 + per year
Schedule: 10-hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
