Coordinar de acuerdo con los procesos de TIBA, las operaciones aduanales en tráficos marítimo, aéreo, terrestre, multimodal, o según sea el caso, asegurando la rentabilidad de la operación y la satisfacción del cliente.

What will your functions be?

Retroalimentar y brindar seguimiento diario de las operaciones consignadas

Cumplir con los procesos operativos del área, políticas de la empresa y lineamientos legales, con el fin de lograr resultados establecidos por la Dirección de Operaciones

Dar cumplimiento en los tiempos establecidos por la dirección de operaciones con base a los KPI´S

Operar de manera correcta y eficiente los servicios solicitados por el/los clientes asignados a su operación diaria.

Prevenir y en su caso dar resolución de problemas, toda operación debe ser revisada minuciosamente (documentos, tiempos, procesos, etc.) a fin de evitar problemas operativos,

What are we looking for?

3 años de experiencia con agentes aduanales o forwarder

Amplio conocimiento de anexo 22 y Ley aduanera

Conocimiento de paquetería office al menos intermedio (especialmente excel)

Ingles intermedio

Experiencia en altos volúmenes de operación (30-50 al mes)
