About the Role
A growing company is looking for a driven, strategic Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand its sales efforts. This person will coach, motivate, and hold a team of sales reps accountable while building out the strategy to drive revenue and beat sales goals. The right candidate has led high-performing teams before and knows how to spot new market opportunities and push performance further.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives
- Conduct regular sales meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews
- Drive accountability and maintain a high-performance sales culture
- Recruit and hire additional sales team members as the team expands
Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Identify new markets, business opportunities, and growth initiatives
- Analyze sales performance and implement improvements where needed
Deal Support
- Support the team in closing key opportunities and overcoming challenges
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales management or a leadership role within a sales organization
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales professionals
- Strategic thinker with strong business development skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
