Our client is looking for someone with experience in Ag and Commercial credit with aspirations to be a community bank President in five years. This is a great opportunity for someone earlier in their career to be part of a growing community bank and develop their lending and portfolio management abilities as well as learn the operations and executive duties working alongside the current President. This solid bank group is looking for the person who really embraces this opportunity. Credits will range from $200,000 – $1 million typically.
