Designs, implements, maintains, enhances, tests, and supports software.

We are seeking a hands-on Software Developer/Engineer with around 4+ years of experience to drive end-to-end delivery - from requirements analysis and estimation through design, implementation, and unit/integration testing - while adhering to established quality processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and is comfortable supporting post-release product issues and complaints. Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Jama tools for work planning, tracking, and requirements traceability is expected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviews relevant requirements, standards, and other documentation to clarify and understand software engineering requirements.
• Provides estimates for modules under development and estimates own work.
• Participate in system architecture and technical design discussions (Design Principles, UML)
• Design, develop, and maintain Desktop/Web applications using .NET technologies.
• Work on both front-end and back-end components of the system.
• Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle: requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, QA, and DevOps.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Adheres to the software quality process.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Contribute to code reviews and technical discussions.
• Use Azure DevOps, Jira, and Jama to plan/track work, manage backlogs, and maintain requirements-to-test traceability.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Around 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong expertise in .NET / .NET Core and C#.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as WPF, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks (Good to have: Angular, React, or similar).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of databases such as SQL Server.
• Experience with unit testing (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest), Moq
• Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to work across all phases of the development lifecycle and support post-release issues.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure & AWS). (Good to have – Azure Cloud Certifications)
• Hands-on experience of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience serving as a Scrum Master; Scrum certification is a plus.
