Role Description
What you'll do: Enterprise Application Administrator in the Enterprise will act as a bridge between IT & HR. The Enterprise Application administrator reports to the Enterprise Application Lead/IT Manager.
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand ongoing issues, needs and requirements and implement them in the system;
- Partners with HR team to recommend, design, develop, implement, test and maintain HR-related functionality in the HR systems. This includes new initiatives within existing software and newly acquired software
- Manages and maintains the data integrity of HR systems and processes. Ensures data accuracy and identifies and resolves problems
- Identifies user needs and requirements, defines project scope, assesses and recommends vendors, completes detailed user requirements, prepares communication plans and completes project risk assessments and contingency plans.
- Provide day to day systems support including troubleshooting data and systems issues, recommending solutions, and implementing enhancements and fixes in systems per change control guidelines
- Manage the integration of the HCM application and reports with other business systems and vendors where required (ADP, Oracle, Benefits Providers etc. )
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders (HRIS support, HR functions, IT, etc.)
- Confirm accuracy and integrity of all data entered, maintain data in HRIS systems and databases and assure information is available on a timely basis;
- Identify issues, challenges, or problems; research and implement process or technology improvements
- Participate in HRIS project meetings and discussions;
- Manage and prioritize day-to-day requests;
- Build and support global collaboration for delivering results;
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, Human Resources or a related technical field, Master’s degree strongly preferred.
- 2 years of experience in HRIS systems in a techno functional role.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Understanding of HR industry and technology trends and ability to keep informed about leading edge technologies and their application to HR and HR systems;
- Experience providing technology solutions to global HR organizations; specific experience in implementing/supporting and utilizing and optimizing core HR tools;
- Strong analytical skills (impact/risk analysis, root cause analysis, etc.)
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer service, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and providing customer satisfaction;
- Personal presence and strong communication (oral and written), active listening skills;
- Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver global projects, using strong organizational skills and an ability to multi-task;
- Proven ability to work in a team environment, creating partnerships across multiple levels;
- Demonstrated drive for results, with appropriate attention to detail and commitment;
- Ability to communicate technical info and ideas in non-technical terms so others will understand
