Salary: $85,000–$110,000

What You'll Do
- Represent clients in family law matters from intake through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
- Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and court appearances.
- Provide compassionate legal counsel while building strong client relationships.
- Develop case strategy and manage deadlines and documentation.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
- Maintain accurate billing, timekeeping, and case management records.
- Deliver high-quality legal representation with professionalism and integrity.
What You'll Need
- Active Texas Bar license.
- 1+ year of attorney experience (1–3 years preferred).
- Family law experience preferred.
- Strong legal writing, communication, and client counseling skills.
- Experience using legal case management, billing, and timekeeping systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and professional judgment.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MyCase, Clio, or similar legal practice management software.
- Litigation, mediation, or deposition experience.
- Austin-area candidate.
- Leadership, mentorship, or business development experience.
