Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality nursing care under the direction of the Registered Nurse
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to resident care
