• Create and maintain content across multiple channels and formats including executive presentations, customer materials, industry reports, articles, keynote presentations, innovation showcases, and events.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to Foundry leadership on content, messaging, and storytelling opportunities.
• Collaborate with peers across Foundry to develop and scale Foundry thought leadership initiatives, including Signals and other strategic content programs, while supporting innovation initiatives, startup engagement, customer showcases, and executive communications.
• Partner with product, strategy, and innovation teams to translate complex technologies and solutions into clear customer-centric narratives and business value propositions.

• Present content and insights to customer, industry, and C-suite audiences, demonstrating confidence and credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Manage agency relationships and external content partners as needed.
• Develop and analyze metrics to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of content programs against business objectives.
• Create and coordinate communications plans to drive engagement internally and externally.
• Lead multiple content initiatives simultaneously, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.

All About You

• Experience developing thought leadership, executive communications, customer-facing content, or industry insights for senior audiences.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies, innovation trends, AI, payments, financial services, retail, commerce, and digital transformation.
• Demonstrated experience creating executive presentations and presenting to C-suite customers and senior leaders.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and confidently represent an organization's perspective with customers, partners, and industry leaders.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on content creation and project execution.
• Experience working in highly matrixed organizations and influencing stakeholders across functions and geographies.
