Description
Dufour Aerospace is pioneering the future of sustainable aviation with innovative tilt-wing aircraft that combine the versatility of a helicopter with the efficiency of an airplane. To support the development and certification of our next-generation UAVs, we are looking for an experienced CAMO Engineer with an additional side role as Training Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in ensure configuartion tracking, safety, reliability, and compliance. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in close collaboration with engineering, safety, and operations teams.
## Aufgaben
**1\. Training Development & Coordination**
- Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive Training Material for Maintenance Personnel, Ground Personnel and Flight Crews (Pilots/UAS Operators)
- Coordinate and schedule all internal and external training activities to support fleet readiness.
- Ensure all training programs comply with EASA Regulation (EU) 2019/945 (and other relevant aviation authority) regulations.
**2\. Continuing Airworthiness Management (CAMO)**
- Execute CAMO tasks across the active operational fleet to guarantee safety, regulatory compliance, and maximum dispatch reliability.
- Author, maintain, and dynamically update the Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) based on engineering data and reliability inputs.
- Analyze fleet maintenance data to identify trends, reporting issues back to engineering and production teams.
**3\. Maintenance Planning & Coordination**
- Plan and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities with flight operations in order to optimize aircraft downtime.
- Work closely with supply chain and project managers to ensure necessary design data tooling, parts, and personnel are available for upcoming maintenance tasks.
**4\. Technical Documentation Support**
- Assist the engineering and flight ops teams in compiling and refining the Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM) and the Airplane Flight Manual (AFM).
- Ensure practical feedback from active maintenance operations is systematically integrated into manual revisions and new designs.
## Qualifikation
- Degree in Aerospace Engineering, or EASA Part-66 Maintenance License, or equivalent proven experience in aviation operations.
- Deep understanding in EASA Rules for Air Operations and/or Rules for Continuing Airworthiness (ex. EASA Part-145, Part-CAMO, Part-FCL etc.)
- Proven experience in aviation Configuration Management, change control processes, and maintaining aircraft technical records.
- Strong affinity for technical writing with the ability to translate complex engineering data into clear, compliant training and maintenance documentation.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and operational teams.
- Passion for knowledge sharing and continuous learning, coupled with the patience and enthusiasm to train, mentor, and empower colleagues from diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
