As a General Maintenance Technician, you will:
Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm
Pay: Starting at $24.00 per hour (pay rate based on experience)
- Performs general Grounds keeping work necessary to maintain facility grounds which also may include garages, walkways, lots and roads; assists in the maintenance of exterior lighting; and provides routine support duties to higher level staff; and performs related tasks within area of assignment.
- Cleans and maintains all aspects of the exterior areas.
- Power washes exterior areas as assigned in a variety of areas that include patios and sidewalks; performs snow and ice removal and treatment when needed.
BRING US YOUR BEST.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and minimum two (1) year of experience in grounds keeping, exterior cleaning and/or maintenance experience.
- Basic knowledge of Grounds keeping and maintenance operations.
- Great customer service skills are a must.
- Be able to perform duties in all weather conditions.
