As Senior Marketing Manager, Fine Fragrance, you’ll transform cultural insights into captivating olfactive narratives—shaping prestige fragrance experiences that resonate with today’s most discerning consumers. Positioned at the crossroads of creativity, trend intelligence, and fragrance expertise, you will lead high‑impact marketing initiatives that inspire clients and unlock new business opportunities. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, Fine Fragrance, you’ll thrive in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment where creativity drives performance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Creative and strategic Marketing Lead for Prestige clients, translating olfactive concepts and perfumer intent into compelling fragrance narratives that drive differentiation and desirability
• Continuously monitor the Prestige fragrance market to identify emerging opportunities and white space, tracking brand strategies, launches, and market dynamics to inform creative direction and strategic recommendations
• Decode macro, cultural, and consumer movements into compelling, future‑forward fragrance stories and propositions that inspire differentiation and drive growth across priority Prestige accounts
• Enable commercial success by elevating fragrance value through differentiated reasons to believe, e.g. perfumer inspiration, creative process, consumer and market intelligence, trend expertise, ingredient storytelling, and innovation capabilities
• Champion proactive creative initiatives, ideation sessions and multisensorial creative experiences that inspire breakthrough fragrance concepts to unlock new business opportunities and drive competitive uniqueness
• Drive best-in-class marketing execution through strong project leadership and cross functional alignment around objectives, milestones, and deliverables

You Bring:

• Confident, articulate communicator with exceptional presentation skills and ability to sell ideas and stories to high level executives
• Storytelling as value creation, with a strong ability to transform ideas into market‑relevant solutions and commercial impact
• The ability to foster a culture of creativity and collaboration within cross-functional teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment
• A creative mindset grounded in olfactive expertise and visual storytelling, with the ability to translate concepts into emotive, multisensorial experiences
• Bachelor’s Degree required, with 8+ years of experience in fine fragrance marketing, brand strategy, or creative roles (fragrance house, luxury brand, or agency preferred)

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $145,000-$160,000.

In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
