Legal Project Management Systems & Change Management Specialist
6 months Fixed Term Contract
The Legal Project Management Systems & Change Management Specialist is responsible for supporting the successful adoption and utilisation of legal technology platforms across the organisation, with a particular focus on iManage and Maestro.
Acting as a bridge between business users, project teams and technology stakeholders, the role drives change management initiatives to ensure sustainable adoption of new tools, processes and ways of working. The position plays a critical role in supporting the ongoing deployment of Maestro and ensuring that employees are equipped to embrace new legal project management solutions.
Your role
Change Management & User Adoption
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support the deployment of legal technology solutions.
- Lead user adoption initiatives for iManage, Maestro and related legal project management systems.
- Assess change impacts and identify adoption risks and mitigation actions.
- Create user engagement plans to increase awareness and utilisation of new tools and processes.
- Monitor adoption metrics and gather user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders throughout the change journey.
Legal Technology Deployment Support
- Support the ongoing rollout of Maestro and related legal project management platforms.
- Collaborate with project teams, business stakeholders and system owners to ensure smooth implementation and transition activities.
- Translate business needs into practical adoption and communication actions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal technology processes and user experience.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Develop clear, targeted communication materials to support change initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
- Facilitate workshops, information sessions and engagement activities.
- Serve as a point of contact for user concerns and adoption-related questions.
Training & Knowledge Enablement
- Design and coordinate practical learning and awareness activities for end users.
- Develop supporting materials, guides, FAQs and communication assets.
- Promote knowledge sharing and best practices related to legal project management systems.
- Identify training needs and recommend appropriate support mechanisms.
Event Coordination
- Organise user engagement events, roadshows, workshops and launch activities to promote system adoption.
- Coordinate logistics and communications for change-related initiatives.
- Foster a positive user experience throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Profile
Education & Experience
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Change Management, Project Management, Information Systems or a related field.
- Proven experience in change management and user adoption initiatives.
- Experience supporting technology implementation projects.
- Previous exposure to legal technology, document management systems or project management platforms is a strong asset.
- Experience with iManage, Maestro or similar legal software solutions would be highly advantageous.
