Field Installation Supervisor – Metal Fabrication
Job Type: Direct Hire
Location: Candidates should be located near Georgetown, DE, Sterling, VA, Baltimore, MD, or Washington, DC
Starting Pay: $32.00/hour (Compensation may be higher based on experience.)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Field Installation Supervisor to lead installation crews on commercial metal fabrication projects. This role is responsible for overseeing the installation of stairs, railings, and other miscellaneous metal products while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in miscellaneous metals, enjoys leading field teams, and is comfortable coordinating daily activities with contractors and project personnel.
