Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero is looking for a Full-Time House Attendant who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate service experience.

Our MICHELIN Two key hotel known for high touch personalization is located steps away from the TransAmerica Pyramid, Ferry Building, Chinatown and historic North Beach. Rising high above San Francisco at 345 California Center, our guestrooms are located on the top 11 floors of this 48-story landmark providing breathtaking panoramas of the city and the bay.

The Position/Role
The Housekeeping House Attendant is an essential member of the team. The House Attendant is expected to embody the hospitality, charm and professionalism of our organization. The House Attendant will be responsible for delivering guest requests to exacting standards.
Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas
Restock and organize supplies such as linens and toiletries
Respond to guest requests for additional amenities or services
Report any maintenance or housekeeping issues to appropriate staff
Follow established cleaning and safety procedures
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests and colleagues
Adhere to established schedules and work in a timely manner
Assist with laundry and other housekeeping tasks as needed
Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
