You help teams inside the company work faster by using AI tools.
What you actually do:
- Talk to teams and understand what’s slowing them down.
- Turn messy problems into clear steps.
- Build simple automations and workflows (Make, Zapier, n8n).
- Use ChatGPT / Claude to help with analysis or tasks.
- Fix and improve automations when they break.
- Test ideas quickly and keep improving them.
- Document what you build so others can use it.
What they really want:
- Someone practical, curious, and hands-on.
- Good at figuring things out (not waiting for instructions).
- Comfortable experimenting and failing fast.
- Basic understanding of how tools connect (APIs, webhooks).
What it is NOT:
- Not heavy coding.
- Not a pure “ChatGPT prompt writing” job.
- Not rigid or step-by-step work.
Reality of the role:
