  • Author and maintain detailed functional and technical specifications for ASM capabilities, including but not limited to Continuous Asset Discovery, Vulnerability & Threat Identification, Risk-Based Prioritization and Remediation & Mitigation.

  • Decompose high-level product goals into actionable development tasks and user stories, ensuring completeness and clarity.

  • Conduct competitive and technical research to inform roadmap decisions and differentiate Arctic Wolf’s Aurora Exposure Management offering.

  • Support backlog grooming and sprint planning with a focus on technical feasibility and business value.

  • Support enablement of all impacted stakeholders for the new product releases.

YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF:

  • You are skilled at prioritization, trade-off analysis, backlog management, and agile product delivery

  • You have a strong understanding of software development processes, agile methodologies, and product lifecycle management

  • You are comfortable analyzing telemetry, usage metrics, adoption trends, and operational costs to guide product decisions

  • You can clearly communicate product strategy, roadmap priorities, and business value to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • You have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across engineering, product, and business teams

  • You have a proven ability to identify risks, resolve ambiguities, and drive alignment across complex initiatives

MUST HAVE:

  • 6+ years in product management or technical product delivery roles, ideally in exposure management, vulnerability management or endpoint/network security.

  • Engineering or technical background (e.g., Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering).

  • Familiarity with integration patterns for ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira), SIEM/SOAR platforms, and asset management tools.

  • Familiarity with cloud-native security platforms and large-scale distributed systems
