Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications
• Ensure all items are properly labeled and packaged for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times
• Communicate any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor
• Meet productivity and quality standards set by the company
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be reliable and punctual
