ob Purpose:

Assist CTL material planning team to track material shortage and data collection from material planner , help CTL material planning team to analysis the related data to optimize the process. Prepare the daily PID material shortage PPT and relative material checking demand from order and NSI product team.协助CTL物料团队进行缺料跟踪，并收集和整理来自于物料计划员的缺料进展数据，帮助物料团队进行数据分析以进行流程的优化，并组织团队反馈订单组以及新产品项目对物料查料的诉求。

Job Duties:

• 协助供应链物料计划的日常运营，包括物料进度跟进及异常情况反馈。
  Assist in daily operations of supply chain material planning, including tracking material status and reporting exceptions.
• 使用 Power BI 进行数据分析，整理供应链相关报表（如库存周转率、交货准时率、主数据准确率等）。
  Utilize Power BI for data analysis and prepare supply chain reports (e.g., inventory turnover, on-time delivery rate, master data accuracy).
• 支持跨部门沟通（如生产、销售、财务等），确保信息传递准确。
  Support cross-functional communication (e.g., production, sales, finance) to ensure accurate information flow.
• 参与供应商数字化流程转型及自动化工具开发，例如 Power Automate、Power Apps、RPA 等。
  Participate in supplier digital transformation initiatives and development of automation tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and RPA
• ·Participant in process improvement and process map update. 参与流程改进和流程图的绘制。
• ·Analysis the data variance and follow up the actions to make the process improvement 分析数据差异同时跟进行动方案的实施以进行流程的优化

Required Qualification:

• 专业不限，信息系统，大数据、供应链管理、工商管理、工业工程、管理科学与工程、国际贸易等相关专业优先。
  Open to all majors; preference will be given to candidates with backgrounds in Information Systems, Big Data, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Science and Engineering, International Trade, or related disciplines.
• 熟练使用 Microsoft软件，具备 Power Platform、Python、ERP/SAP 系统经验者优先。
  Proficient in Microsoft; experience with Power Platform, Python, or ERP/SAP systems is a plus.
• 逻辑清晰，具备基础数据分析能力，对供应链领域有兴趣。
  Strong logical thinking with basic data analysis skills and an interest in the supply chain field.
• 责任心强，沟通能力良好，能够适应快节奏的工作环境。
  Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• 具备良好的沟通协调能力及问题分析解决能力。
  Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• 具备良好的英语听说读写能力。
  Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

This position requires working onsite five days a week.
