JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated Executive, Employee Benefits to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing insurance solutions related to Employee Benefits, including Group Medical Insurance, Group Life Insurance and MPF scheme.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in establishing and maintaining positive client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
Coordinate and prepare insurance quotations, cost analyses and presentation materials for clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Support the review and verification of policy documents for new cases and renewals, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Provide insurance advice, address client inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely information to maintain customer satisfaction and trust.
Assist in delivering employee benefits solutions to clients, including Group Medical Insurance, Group Life Insurance and MPF scheme.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE:
University degree holder in Business Studies / Actuarial Studies / Insurance/ Data Science programmes or related discipline.
Fresh graduates are welcome; 1-2 years of relevant experience in insurance broking is an advantage.
Passed in IIQE Licensing Examinations (Paper 1, 2, 3) is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proactive and self-motivated, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
