Overview
The Deepwater Clerk (FAS / HLO) is responsible for various clerical tasks, including production data entry, preparing reports, and coordinating personnel logistics. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Excel. Experience in a production setting and familiarity with materials coordination are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Review information such as daily records of activities (log), records of materials received and used, and reports from various workers.
- Handle production daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork and data entry.
- Prepare and type reports.
- Create flight manifests for passenger movement.
- Keep track of all personnel and dispatch field helicopters and boats.
- Answer phones.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a production setting required.
- SafeGulf certification.
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to build charts and tables with ease.
- Possess strong clerical, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Strong production data entry and logistics experience.
- Experience with materials coordination is a plus.
- SAP experience.
