## Join our Team
About this opportunity:
You will join the PA Design team in PEU Radio Pacific Chengdu, responsible for the full PA lifecycle in our radio products – from concept to volume production. As a senior PA developer (JS7), you act as a technical expert and key individual contributor, driving high-performance, high-efficiency PA solutions and supporting the team with deep technical leadership, ownership and collaboration.
What you will do:
- Lead RF/microwave PA design, simulation and optimization for radio products from concept to maintenance.
- Define PA architectures and design strategies based on system and product requirements.
- Perform PA simulations (e.g. ADS, AWR, HFSS) and secure good correlation with lab results.
- Plan and execute PA lab measurements, tuning designs to meet efficiency, linearity and robustness targets.
- Independently debug complex PA issues from simulation to HW bring-up, documenting root causes and improvements.
- Collaborate with system, RF, HW, test and manufacturing teams to secure robust, volume-ready implementations.
- Mentor junior engineers, share PA design best practices and contribute to technical reviews.
The skills you bring:
- Master’s degree or above in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, RF/Microwave Engineering or related field.
- Strong understanding of RF/microwave fundamentals and PA design principles.
- Solid hands-on experience in RF or PA design (schematic and layout), with exposure to RF power devices and front-end modules.
- Proficiency with RF/EM simulation tools (e.g. ADS, AWR, HFSS) and ability to correlate simulation and measurement results.
- Experience in PA lab validation and measurement (e.g. S-parameters, gain, P1dB, ACLR, EVM, efficiency), including tuning and troubleshooting.
- Proven independent design/debug capability, strong problem-solving skills and end-to-end ownership.
- RF-related work experience (e.g. PA, RF front-end, radio HW or similar domains), preferably in R&D or project-driven organizations.
- Good communication skills and collaborative mindset, willing to continuously learn.
- Previous exposure to the ICT or other high-tech industries is a strong plus.
