Description
Work Setup: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 6:00 PM) | Full Onsite (Possibility of a hybrid setup)

Location: Makati
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for system implementations, enhancements, integrations, and application updates.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure applications meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Identify, document, track, and validate software defects while coordinating with developers, vendors, and stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand requirements, assess testing needs, and ensure adequate test coverage for system changes.
- Maintain testing documentation, prepare test reports, monitor quality metrics, and recommend improvements to testing processes and practices.
Qualifications:
- achelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in software testing, quality assurance, application support, or a related IT role. Candidates with more experience may be considered for higher levels.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies, test documentation, defect management, and testing tools; experience with test automation is an advantage.
- Familiarity with enterprise applications, databases, and business systems; experience supporting accounting, audit, or professional services applications is preferred.
